Farm Projects presents a group exhibition named, h o m e . In this exhibit home is defined differently by thirteen artists. Home as place, space, belonging and a basic human need. The opening reception is Saturday, August 20th from 6-8pm. It is free and open to the public.

There will be additional programming during the duration of the show to be announced.

The work includes, painting, photography, sculpture, textile/ceramics and mixed media on paper. The show is meant to bring awareness to the housing crisis on the outer cape and in the world. This is not meant to be a political show or one that implies a stance, but rather to bring awareness to the idea that having a stable place to live is a basic need and to consider how we all can help each other obtain this human need. This show is about understanding and empathy for each other. The exhibit is in conjunction with Wellfleet Housing (https://www.wellfleethousing.org) who’s mission is proposing : that year round housing should be a concern for all who love this beautiful place, we are all a part of this community . We ask that everyone join in finding solutions to our year-round housing crisis.
